A month ago I got a mip. I said I knew about it and every one else kept quiet. So they pinned it on me. If I had a document when I go talk to the juvenile people next week. Saying the alcohol was not mine but my friends signed by my friend. Would I still get an mip? Would it be transfered over to him?

Well for one you knew about the acohol, so that doesn't help you.
And if you were drinking, nothing you can do about that, except face what's coming to you.
More then likely even with the document, it probably wont be much of any help.

Tyler, we've already discussed all this, remember?

Have you been staying out of those fight clubs?

Good thing they didn't find the rest of the stash, huh?

As SJ stated, we have covered this. To be charged with possession, the beer did not need to be open and you didn't need to consume any.

Then hire an attorney.

Mip of alcohol. 4 beers

Possession of less than 35 grams seeds and stems nothing your able to smoke.

Non traffic I was on a camp ground.
I have kept complety clean since then.

I just want advice. But I dont think that will ge given.
Standard answer

Here are some hints on appearing in court:

Dress professionally in clean clothes.

Do not wear message shirts.

Don't chew gum, smoke, or eat.

Bathe and wash your hair.

Go to court beforehand some day before you actually have to go to watch how things go.

Speak politely and deferentially. If you argue or dispute something, do it professionally and without emotion.

Ask the court clerk who you talk to about a diversion (meaning you want to plead to a different, lesser charge), if applicable in your situation.

Here are five stories that criminal court judges hear the most (and I suggest you do not use them or variations of them):

1. I’ve been saved! (This is not religion specific; folks from all kinds of religious backgrounds use this one.)

2. My girlfriend/mother/sister/daughter is pregnant/sick/dying/dead/crippled and needs my help.

3. I’ve got a job in [name a state five hundred miles away].

4. This is the first time I ever did this.

5. You’ve got the wrong guy. (A variation of this one is the phantom defendant story: “It wasn’t me driving, it was a hitchhiker I picked up. He wrecked the car, drug me behind the wheel then took off.”)

Glad to see your parents are helping you with this.
One more bit of advice, listen to your attorney.

Please post back with your outcome.

Damn that was easy.

I didnt even have to go court

I sat down with the juvenile officer. She told me before she even questioned me what was going to happen to me.

16 hours of community service
I have to go to classes. Like three or four but they are free.
Off probation as soon as I finish that up and pass piss tests.

Kind of light I thought. But I am not going to complain.

The juvenile officer has the key to the cell.

Don't make her use it.

Follow her instructions to the letter.
