Quitclaim Deed in Michigan?

Can I get back a guitclaim deed i signed in duress? There was know witnesses. There was not a notary pubic there. He still has not recorded the quitclaim deed I signed, it's been a year and a half. He will not get his own mortgage on the house, it's in my name. I had know knowledge of what a quitclaim deed was, but I had death threats against me. I had ppo's out on him. He has someone, I don't know in my house and the house is in foreclosure. Can I get a ejectment on them? Or just evict them?
