What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pennsylvania

In my area of PA (Peb Argyl, Bangor, Nazareth) the white public schools discriminate against nonwhites in placement or acceptance of players on boys basketball teams. I'm not kidding.

Aside from filing a complaint with the US Dept of Ed, which I have already done, what are options? A jury trial in this area would be not adviseable as this place has a xenophobic racialist demagogue DA named M who runs unopposed, and for PA state representative the population voted for a 24 year old white boy (JS) who lived his parents instead of a 45 year old West Point Grad (MH) with military service and time as VP of 2 fortune 100 companies, who happened to be black.

I went to youtube. I saw a bunch of kids playing ball. I didn't see your kids being shown as the allstars you present them to be. Just you complaining about how poorly the other kids play.

If you want to claim your children are so much better, how about trying to showcase them rather than simply disparaging the other players.

so, how about some facts:

what is the enrollment of the school? What is the enrollment by race? What is the team count? by race?

playing time of each of the players per game/ per season (include their race so your point might be seen)

while you may have a point, you need to show there is some substance to your claims to support them.

A 24-year old running for office is not a "boy," regardless of his race.

Unless, of course, the writer (OP) is denigrating the person by calling him a diminutive meant to imply weakness and an inability to "be" (or "become") a "man."

You wouldn't be doing that, would you?

White Racists need not respond

Justa says- "If you want to claim your children are so much better, how about trying to showcase them rather than simply disparaging the other players"

See, thats the problem, the Pen Argyl School District won't play my kids, won't let my kids compete in two on two with the white wonders. Kind of hard to show how good your kids are when my boys are denied opportunity.

From your comments doesn't look like you've looked at many clips. In white or better you can see my then 8th grade boy on the court with the favored blonde 260 pound 7th grader. This clip was from last year before my now 9th grade boy was the only kid in 9th grade cut, all the rest are white. Since it is obvious breathing is an effort for Tiny, why did Tiny play almost half of every 8th grade game (20 games) and my boy played about 5 minutes in five 8th grade games. In the white fouls video you can see a short obese blonde 7th grade wonder who played the same amount of time in 8th grade games my older boy played in. This year, while my 5'9", 185 pound strong 9th grade boy was cut, at the forward spot Pen Argyl played white weak wonders who were 5'5" and 140, and 5'3" and 120 pounds, who were looking into opponents armpits. My 8th grade boys, 5'3" and 135 pounds was not moved up to play 9th grade so three 5'0 and 5'1" 110 and 105 pound weaklings, who couldn't dribble, were looking into opponets armpits. You can look at the 4 apartheid videos to see how completely overmatched the 9th grade white wonders were, Pen Argyl put out boys while other teams put out men. My boys can be seen in 3 videos, one from the Summer 2010, and two drills from Jan. 2011. Considering none of the 9th grade team has any indicia of ball handling skills, its kind of obvious my boys would have been an asset to the 9th grade team.

To silverplum, Mike Horton is a man, Justin Simmons who never held a real job and lived with ma and pa, is just a boy. Good thing there are racist white voters here to give this guy a job and put him on the gov't dole. Sometimes the local populace deserves the politicians it votes in office, unfortunately non racists also have to suffer with the consequences. You guys should take a look at the alta high school racism youtube videos to see if you agree with the white hooded one. If you do, think about how euthanasia is going to be part of your future if the nonwhites conversely treated you the way you would treat them.

I wasn't going to watch all of them. They are very difficult to watch.
Ya, I saw your son in the white or better video. He was very slow. He had a kid better than a half foot shorter than him shooting over him. He didn't jump for any rebounds and when he was on defense and the parents started yelling about the offense about a 3 second violation, your son moved out of the paint; why? He did a lot of not moving when playing offense.

If you have something that showcases him better, let me know and please give a uniform color and number. Due to the quality of the video, it is actually hard to pick out your children, even though they may be the only black kids on the floor.

and how do you showcase your sons? You video tape them playing at home or somewhere where they can play one on one with each other or a grab a few friends and play 3 on 3 or something where your sons can show their talents.

I will agree with you on the larger white boy in that same video though. He has no real talent or skill.

Just curious.... Is this you?

Judging from the link below, I would guess that your approach to this whole thing has caused some of the problems. Really, as an attorney, if you had a client who was this vocal and insulting to kids, wouldn't you tell him to just shut up?

Wait - WHO is the racist one?

According to district documents, Blasi instead wanted his kids to wear shirts that said "Stop Racism in Pen Argyl Sports" and "Obese & Weak Whites Aren't Better, They're Just White."

yes perky, that is the same guy. Everybody should read that first link of perky's.

if you want a really good insight into Mr Blasi, read the readers comments in the newspaper perky linked as well. It is very telling.

The first suit mr blasi filed ($1.64M) (that was addressed in that hearing) was dismissed at summary judgment. The other suit he filed ($1.6M against the other neighbor), Mr. Blasi failed to continue once he filed it.

I would put a lot into what the 1997 disciplinary record says. While it may not be of any value in court, it surely speaks volumes about you on a personal level.

I suspect this is the same Mr Blasi:

Perky and Justa

Interesting, don't address the videos, just attack the poster. So lets see, a kid has a mother who is a multiple convicted shop lifter, kid gets hit by drunk driver, in law suit for kid against drunk driver, drunk driver's attorney says, don't look at drunk driver, this kid shouldn't be compensated because of his mother. Typical stupidity of racists and those in the wrong.

Issues please.

Next, about that underlying case from the early 1990's, I defeated the first summary judgment motion, lost the second. Considering that is the law of the 1990's case and the appellate division can't go back, how in the world could the appellate division find the lawsuit was frivolous? Answer, it can't, but it did. Attorneys have no due process rights. But as most are attorneys here, you all know that. Keep standing up for the corrupt judiciary. When was the last time the US sup ct. overturned a suspension or disbarment? Never. Why, the grounds for a suspension or disbarment have the same weight as a traffic ticket finding. That is the reason why the underlying grounds for any suspension or disbarment can never be used in any other proceeding.

Never been convicted of any crime. Don't read too much into any criminal complaint, especially one brought by a racist demagogue in Northampton county.

Justa, your eyes are as bad as your reasoning. The 3 seconds called by parents was when my son was on defense, the parents were complaining about the dude in white camped out in the lane on the other team. But then with you, facts don't matter. Other fact, you failed to mention my kid didn't have anyone score on him so it doesn't matter if someone shoot the ball over him, the point is there was enough defense to keep the shot from going in. Tiny did have a opponent walk in front of him for a offensive rebound which resulted in a score..

I did address the videos. From any video I could see your children play, I was not impressed. Your kids play no better than the typical kid on the floor.

Issues please.
the issue is; you believe your kids are future NBA stars. They aren't. Get over it.

.wrong. They do have due process, when dealing with governmental courts. Once you step into the realm of groups such as the Bar Association, I will agree, you lack due process. Since the Bar is not governed by the same rules as government courts are, you cannot use the same support to demand rights.

Maybe not but the result of your case is very telling.

Justa, your eyes are as bad as your reasoning. The 3 seconds called by parents was when my son was on defense, the parents were complaining about the dude in white camped out in the lane on the other team. But then with you, facts don't matter.
Uh, your reading is lacking. I acknowledged who the parents were yelling about. The fact is; your son apparently believed they were yelling about him so he steps out of the lane. If he is so good at the game, he would know that since he was playing defense, there was no obligation for him to leave the lane. That was my point.

Other fact, you failed to mention my kid didn't have anyone score on him so it doesn't matter if someone shoot the ball over him, the point is there was enough defense to keep the shot from going in.
the kid was a lousy shot. The little kid would likely have missed whether your son was there or not. The fact is; your son was not effective in preventing the shot and due to the height difference, that is unforgivable. The kids shot should never have been allowed let alone for it to come as close to scoring as it did. Poor defense skills on your son's part.

Tiny did have a opponent walk in front of him for a offensive rebound which resulted in a score..
I already agreed Tiny has no skills. Why try to put the attention on some other player? Your kids skills appeared to be no better than the others. At your sons size, he should have been able to drive the lane and score with little challenge; he didn't. He should have been able to grab any rebound that was on his side of the court; he couldn't.

the sad part of this entire situation is that it is obvious you will never understand the damage you are causing to your children, as well as all those with which you have contact. Not only are you embarrassing yourself, but your children will be subject to treatment by others due to your actions. Your continued history of problems of being overly aggressive without justification show the problem here to be with you. I suspect you will never understand that though. You really might want to consider some counseling to help you understand the damage you are causing to everybody around you. Hopefully it isn't too late for your children to be helped.

Justa white racist

Justa troll, don't have time to correct everything you twist, but here is some thing. you write- "The fact is; your son apparently believed they were yelling about him so he steps out of the lane. If he is so good at the game, he would know that since he was playing defense, there was no obligation for him to leave the lane. That was my point. "

Wow, cool, you read minds. Wrong jwr, there was a guy in back of my boy, he was backing up to make sure the guy did not cut in front of him. But justa a white racist must know better.

About suspensions jwr writes- "They do have due process, when dealing with governmental courts" Okay justa racist, then tell me when was the last time the US Supreme Court overturned a suspension or disbarment. Answer, NEVER. So, why is it State court get overturned all the time by the US Supreme Ct, but the US supreme court has never overturned a suspension or disbarment. Answer- the standard for suspension or disbarment is the equilivant of a traffic ticket. One person says something, its good enough. Sort of like the standard of going to trial on a case.
