wmblasi - I was not able to view the videos. Did you address your concerns with the coach in a reasonable manner (ie not yelling, accusatory, etc)?

If not, there are many reasons why a player would not be given more play time. Perhaps the person is not a team player, perhaps there is an attitude issue, or other issue that the coach feels is detrimental to the team. It happens in college and the NBA all the time where a player is benched for "violation of team rules".

EMC, the 1963 civil rights act, title 6, prohibits schools from creating, tolerating, encouraging, or leaving uncorrected a racially hostile environment. Take a look at the white power video on youtube under wmblasi. Do you think the white Pen Argyl "Star" punching the black player, or the white Pen Argyl "Star" tackling the black player, or the white Pen Argyl "Star" clotheslining the black player, were playing basketball? Do you seriously think that the Pen Argyl school district is providing a racial tolerant environment?

About suspensions jwr writes- "They do have due process, when dealing with governmental courts" Okay justa racist, then tell me when was the last time the US Supreme Court overturned a suspension or disbarment. Answer, NEVER. So, why is it State court get overturned all the time by the US Supreme Ct, but the US supreme court has never overturned a suspension or disbarment. Answer- the standard for suspension or disbarment is the equilivant of a traffic ticket. One person says something, its good enough. Sort of like the standard of going to trial on a case.

The kid closest to your boy (behind him) was over 10 feet away and only because your kid backed up the other player was going to cut in front of him. He would have too but another kid on their team actually got called for a 3 second violation just as that was happening..

In the US Dept of Ed response, the Pen Argyl School district merely replied my boys weren't good enough. Nothing on your litany.

Sisters, in 2006, mixed race white/Korean (Father was a federal Marshall who died) high school girls were kicked out of the disctrict for allegedly not living in the district, because the step father, who the mother had just married, owned two houses, one in Pen Argyl, one two miles away. Despite having gone to the Pen Argyl schools since they were 5 years old, the District kicked them out, while at the same time the school was providing education to at least 4 white non resident males, none whose parents owned houses in the area, who were on the sports teams. These boys got traffic tickets the same months they were in school, all with out of district addresses.

Players get rough in basketball sometimes, it's a physical and high contact sport and especially with younger players, things get out of hand. That's what penalties are for. Why do you think race has anything to do with it? I bet there are just as many incidents of black kids getting aggressive with white kids or other black kids, or white kids getting aggressive with other white kids as what you show in your (heavily edited I'm sure) video.

And apparently NO ONE would even know your kids are not white if you weren't making such a big deal about it. You are not black and neither are they. Sure, racism against asians exist, but it's FAR more likely that their toxic, aggressive, sue-happy father is what's making the coach reluctant to put them on the team. And race doesn't have a THING to do with that.

what a joke. Did you do stand up while you were disbarred? What was it, five years? Where do you read anybody supporting racism, assaulting blacks, or any other race for that matter?

I do not recall a single poster, other than yourself, that spoke to the race of anybody in a derogatory manner. Doesn't that in itself defeat your claims of racism? You are claiming they discriminate against all races other than white yet you turn around and claim they specifically allowed 4 non-whites to break the rules and attend Pen Argyl. How does that lead you to racism?
