I've been reading the advice given on this site for a while now, I just wanted to comment that I feel one lawyer on here is a real standout, LdiJ.
There are a few on here that are just trying to feed their own egos, and if they had the balls, they would go out and try their insults in person, rather than cowardly hiding behind the computer screen.
That's not to say there aren't others here that give good advice, I'm sure there are.
I'm not a lawyer, so many here will find that I'm not qualified to speak, but I would like to hear from non-lawyer others about which advisers have really helped.

IAAL never attempted to be "cleaver." You do, but it just whacks ya in the head. Maybe you are dizzy from blood loss??

Because Ldij does NOT know the law as it pertains to many states -- including how Ohio handles a lot of things. She knows business and accounting as she is an accountant. On business issues she knows her stuff but on family law she does not always have it.

The post really wasn't directed at you. And I'm sure your advise is good. I wanted to give kudos to LdiJ because she really seemed to go out of her way to give me a complete explaination. Also, I have never seen a bruised ego enter into any of her replies, know what I mean?

So why did you delete your OTHER two threads? Guess you didn't like those LEGALLY VALID ansswers from someone who actually GRADUATED from law school.
