What is the name of your state? NJ My husband and I are planning to re-do our wills. We have 3 young children. If I understand correctly, we can request a particular sibling(s) to be guardian(s), without any guarantees. My question is, what about excluding a particular sibling and are there any guarantees? Thanks.
