What is the name of your state? (N.) California

I was advised by an attorney to file a complaint with the Real Estate Commissioner in San Francisco.

I've been searching the web without desired results for the RE Commissioner's website. My ultimate goal is to find an on-line complaint form that I can file regarding my recent refi experience.

My other goal is to save a long trip to the city.. :D

Does anyone here have a link they might want to share?

Your help is appreciated as always!

Did you have a LEGAL question in there somewhere?? If not, then simply pick up your phone and dial 411..... and ask them for the phone number of the 'Real Estate Commissioner' in San Francisco (or Sacramento!).

The obvious

>>Did you have a LEGAL question in there somewhere??

You're kidding right? Of course my question is legal. It certainly is harmless in context. :]

If I've misinterpreted your reply, then I apologize.

Sometimes the obvious is the most difficult to see. 411! lol Thanks!

So, help us out here. Other than the fact that your too flippin' lazy to call 'directory assistance' or to 'google' your information, what EXACTLY is your legal question???

Excuse me

>>So, help us out here.

It appears you are the only one in need of help. There is no "us."

>>Other than the fact that your too flippin' lazy to call 'directory assistance' >>or to 'google' your information,

I made it clear that I had searched the web in depth with no results. That includes Google.

As for being Flippin lazy... Calling directory assistance is lazy I'd think.. A real man such as yourself should consider using the phone book.

I only asked because I thought someone might know the answer and might provide the info.

>>what EXACTLY is your legal question

I have provided an answer to this in a previous post.

What is the problem? Do you hang out here waiting for an error in users posts, then lunge out from under your keyboard in an attempt to insult and degrade people in need of help? Stop messing with people already down on thier luck.

I'm glad I'm not a weak minded person. People like yourself could really push someone on the edge, right off the cliff.

You were excluded from many things as a child. Your method of compensation for this will only cause you more of the same.

Now... See if you are strong enough to let this post just flow on by.
I won't have a problem with ignoring any further insults from you now that I understand you better as a person.

And again, I thank you for your attempt at helping me..

**not proof read, not spell checked. Don't care!**

Then you clearly need to take a geography lesson on your state. I found the 'Real Estate Commissioner' on my first 'google' of it.

And again, I thank you for your attempt at helping me..[/qutoe]
And again, you're quit welcome!!

yup you're right

Yup you are right. I'm just an idiot. So what? Feel good about yourself now?

And I'm the idiot that would stop and help you and your family out on the side of the road just because. And I wouldn't even cap on you for not knowing how to change a flat.

Laugh it up 'cause when it all goes bad and the bottom drops out, it just might be you who desperatly needs my help to survive on the street.

But I am happy! and yes, I play some grueling hard edge blues guitar.

I found links to the RE Comm. on google as well. They didn't direct me to the specific place I had in mind however. As I said originally, I have searched.
I do appreciate your advice. The sarcasm I could do without. but whatever trips your trigger. I figured a higher education would have provided something other than a grade school response.

What type of mind is it that offers help then slams people who ask for the help?

Maybe it's my uneducated grammatically flawed style of writing that bothers you. I'll try another way...

Would you happen to know a link to the R.E.C's. office that has a complaint form which can be downloaded?

Thanks, The Idiot

Oh, so not only are we supposed to provide you with directions to an "on-line complaint form".... but one that meets your specific requirements that are in your 'mind'. Most of us are mighty damn smart, even omnipotent, but I took mindreading 101 three times and flunked it each time.

What type of mind is it that offers help then slams people who ask for the help?
In case you can't figure it out..... it wasn't your 'asking for help' that caused the problem. See, this is a LEGAL advice website. Your question has nothing to do with the law.... but is simply a request for someone else to do your work for you. Don't tell us that you couldn't pick up a phone and call someone at the Real Estate Commission office and ask THEM??
Second and even though they might have an office in San Francisco, as a state agency, the office of the Real Estate Commissioner is in the state
capitol..... Sacramento. All you had to do was google 'California "real Estate Commission" and you would have gotten their information.... then contact THEM about an online complaint form.
Why should we, as attorneys and/or legal advisors, have to do YOUR work for you??

Would you happen to know a link to the R.E.C's. office that has a complaint form which can be downloaded?
Yes, but it is not the one you had in mind!! :D

They don't have an online form... but here is the site for how to complain:
http://www.dre.ca.gov/forms/re519A.pdf
And their 'home' page: http://www.dre.ca.gov/default.htm

Thanks, The Idiot
You're welcome.... The Omnipotent
