I Found It!!

Utah. I finally found a legal source that the terms of a lease continue after its expiration (as long as the payments are made). It is in a ruling by the Supreme Court of New Hamshire in: 190 Elm Street Realty v. Hannah Camery Beaudoin. This is what I've been trying to find for a year!

Something VERY IMPORTANT that I forgot to put in my last response is that in the Summary Judgment, the judge said that I might have the "right of first refusal" regarding the property involved. WHAT DOOR DOES THIS OPEN? DOES IT GIVE ME A REASON FOR A NEW HEARING? DOES IT GIVE ME A REASON TO FILE A NEW COMPLAINT?

I need an answer quick, please, I'm running out of time to file papers -- I thought I'd read that I only had 10 days, but I wasn't sure until you answered that question.

Thanks.
