Reckless driving

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Idaho

I got a ticket for reckless driving for running stop signs when being followed by another car. The other driver called the police. I have no other tickets on my record. How do I plead with the judge? Guilty or not guilty? I am a young driver.
