I have goten my good share of tickets and found that a layer is not always the best way to go. It realy depends on your particular situation and wheather or not you can clean yourself up, get all the relavant information pertaining to your case and give a good defence or plea...If you do get a layer its all about getting the RIGHT layer cause all layers are NOT created equal!

Really? A RECKLESS DRIVING ticket is NOT a speeding ticket. I wish people would wake up here!
You get one of these - you get a CRIMINAL RECORD if convicted.
Now maybe for those of you who don't care, it really doesn't matter, but to the rest of us who need a job, insurance - it does matter.
Going it alone to court for a CRIMINAL matter is like taking your chances with "self-medicating" yourself through a serious illness. Really, really dumb.
