What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? GA

I really need to change my username...no longer a stepmom, anyway, I have a question.

My child's father has not seen my daughter in about 5 months now, can I go back to court and reduce parenting time? He has not showed up or called to cancel his visits. He just stopped all at once. I called to ask when he plan on coming to see my daughter and he said he need to find some time and shift somethings around so he can make time to see her. That was two months ago. Mind you , I receive NO child support at all.

What are you trying to accomplish? You're going to spend money, create a lot of hassle just to get what you already have?

If you are not getting child support, then what would be your goal by reducing time on paper? Time is obviously already reduced by him not coming.

Oh man. I have to admit i cringe everytime your name pops up....

So, let's be honest. Leave the man alone. The parenting time is there. No need to change it. Let it go. You KNEW this was going to happen. We told you. So let it go. Stop trying to catch his attention. You are only creating drama. Shhhh! Just ssssh!! < i say that in the nicest, sweetest way possible. I promise!

Which is nothing...He pays no child support and dosen't see his child...take what I have? That's nothing!

Im totally confused. If there is an order for support, go to court to have it enforced. If there is not - and you 'have nothing', then go file for a child support order.
If you want to "reduce time", what does that mean? Time is already reduced.

is this the stepmom that went to the hospital when her hubby's ex was having the baby?

I would really like to know what happened between herself and her husband...

"Please tell me!!!" Did the babys mother get him back??

(since the answer to your question is so simple)

That's right. He's not exercising parenting time now, so what do you gain by trying to reduce the parenting time?

In some states (I haven't looked yours up), you could get more CS if he has less parenting time, but since you're not even bothering to try to collect the support he should currently be paying, there's no value to changing the parenting time.

So, once again I'll ask. WHAT ARE YOU HOPING TO ACCOMPLISH?

Why haven't you filed for contempt yet? 5 months is a long time to just keep letting it slide.
