What is the name of your state? MICHIGAN

We went through a reedemed foreclosure (by selling) in Oct of 2004.
We also went through chapter 7 that was discharged in Feb 2004.

When will we be able to purchase another home? How long should
we wait? Should we rent an apartment first? What are some tips to
rebuilding our credit?
I need LOTS of help :eek:
