What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? wisconsin
my wife and i are thinking of refinancing.
current mortgage is at 5.25 % - 30 years - we are 5 yrs in
current balance is 103,000 - $605 per month - we pay taxes ourselves(3,500)
home equity is 24,000 - interest is $100 per month
house is assessed at 166,700

refi rate is 3.4% for 20 years - 2,000 closing costs
bank will loan up to 95% of home value

we would like to use some additional cash for new windows
and a new driveway - but it is not a necessity we could get
by with just the refi of the above

we are thinking of moving in 5 or 6 years.

what are the possibilities?

**A: what is the appraised value? And what will the monthly payment be on the new loan?
