This is for my friend that I posted a question for a few months ago.
Anyway, long story as short as possible. She had to get some kind of order of protection against him, he was ordered to do drug tests and he was getting supervised visitation at the court house one day every other weekend for an hour or something like that. He missed EVERY SINGLE ONE!
He supposedly quit his job and told everyone he couldnt pay child support because of that. He is still employeed there. I am guessing his boss is paying him under the table or something.
He hasnt paid a dime in child support.
A few days ago he told my friend that he would NOT go to supervised visiation because it wasnt a good environment for him to be in with his son, to spend time with his son in.
(Sounds like the perfect environment to me for a father who is drug addicted and violent) and today he called my friend and said:
"Okay here's what's going to happen, when I come back next weekend *son* is spending the weekend with me, this is not right what you're doing to me, so if you don't let *son* spend next weekend with me, I'm having *some woman*, my mom and the rest of my friends and family call CPS on you. CPS will be at your apartment every week!"
He already called CPS on her once and they came to her house once and she hasnt heard from them since. She either wasnt there or didnt know who it was so she didnt answer. He got freaked out when he found out that CPS was also investigating HIM.
So...questions:
They go to court this coming Tuesday. His visitation was cancelled since he never showed up for any of them. Cancelled until court that is.
What could she possibly expect to happen with him regarding child custody/visitation since he never showed for supervised visitation and has never paid child support?
Can she tell the judge what he has said to her?
Would it help if she told the judge that he has been sending money to a girl in jail but not paying child support? I know she cant really prove it though.
I keep telling her to document everything he says and does including not showing up for visitation even though they already have a record of that. Will that be helpful for her when she goes to court? Will a judge even care to hear about the threats he has made to her?
Do yall think they might take away his visitation rights altogether or give him another chance at supervised? She has been all for him being in their son's life but he hasnt made an effort. He only wants it on HIS terms only.

. judges don't take to kindly to people who waste the city's time looking up false allegations when their time should be better spent taking care of those in actual need.
