Refusing info..Can I temp stop visit???

I recvd. msg from x stating our daughter(I'm cp)and myself were no longer to contact her via e-mail(by me, we do not exactly do well on the phone) and our daughter is strictly to phone her on new cell phone only. Neither of us were to phone home#or cont e-mail contact. Why would she suggest this after it was her idea to communicate via e-mail in the beginning??? Does anyone believe something fishy is going on here? Our CO states that either of us have 5 days to give other new address and #. Would this be seen as giving me contact info? You can be in 10 buck 2 and phone from a cell phone. If I believe that something is not right can I ask the courts to temp suspend vistation, until proof of current address? She has been really stating some strange things in e-mails that make her sound like she needs mental help. How do I know she is not just going to up and take off with her?????

There could be something odd going on...or it could be that she doesn't have regular access to email anymore...or a land line anymore, but has a cell phone.

The reason why I say this is because my brother is going through a financial "crunch"...and has terminated all services except his cell phone....so I see some logic in this.

Its also possible that she has separated from a spouse/significant other who has access to her former email addy and landline (or control of same) and the her new cell phone is her way of communication.

TX. She states that the home # will strictly be for internet access.(DSL) Then sends e-mail that I can not insist on contacting her via internet or h#. Only thru above mentioned cell.
