What is the name of your state? Florida
How do you go about reclaiming money as well as filing or pressing charges when someone fraudulently sells your home and keeps the cash?

No, I still have the title.

Quite sneaky. They were in the Mobile Home biz prior. Knew a mover who didn't ask any questions. It gets worse. The mover gave "Greg" a check for my singlewide. The mover "Terry" takes the home. Never gets the title of which I still have in my possession. To top it off "Greg" tells him to move the other home I have of which I luckily stopped Terry from accidently being an accessory I would assume as he apparently had no knowledge of the real owner...ME! Unfortunatley Terry was kind enough to leave my 2nd home of which is still in 2 pieces and difficult to rent out muchless live in. He wants money from me to put it back together -Even though I never asked him to touch it! Can you please tell me how to fix my situation?

**A: a mobile home is personal property and not considered real estate, therefore there will be no deed involved.
