No. This is ALL ABOUT what your son did. He needs to be responsible for HIS OWN ACTIONS. The fact that you excuse them is pathetic.

As i have already explained, my son had his day in court and he has paid his debt to society. In juvenile court the judge specifically stated "BOTH PARENTS are responsible for the courts fines and fees", and yet it took me spending more money and taking time off work, and going to court, to get her to pay those expenses, and you want to sit here and defend HER? start addressing what SHE allowed to happen in her house. I have not excused anything. Your whole commenting is a red herring, and completely off topic. My son's actions are irrelevant.

Explain to me how, in the eyes of the law, my ex wife is allowed to not pay for expenses incurred by our son? It doesnt matter what he did and it doesnt matter what his age is. Your opinion is that he should have to repay the expenses. that is not the law.

So, unless you have something helpful to provide, please, keep our comments to yourself.

Take your lovely self to an attorney who will be happy to tell you what you want to hear ... for a price.

Good day.

The court has latitude. The court has decided.

Correct. The court decided because the judge knew of no statute or case law to issue the judgement under. Which is why I am here, on a legal advice forum. If I can go back to the judge and give him something, then he can reverse his decision. As you said, the court has latitude. Court decisions are reversed all the time.

When's the last time you used the word "please" when addressing people from whom you want free work?

I don't know why this is difficult for you, but I'll break it down:
You asked.
You lost.
The End.
(Has it occurred to you that your argument was insufficient or poorly done?)

We're not here to read your complaints. Go do something useful. Maybe go to a paint store and gaze upon all of the colors.

As I said, that is why I am here... decisions are not permanent and can be reversed with the right argument. You are right, I was unable to provide the judge a sufficient code or case law to show that he could follow his statements of wanting to grant the request. So, are you here to do something useful, or just opine? I didnt come here to complain. I asked a question. If you cant answer the question, why are you responding?
