I was able to get a hardship and reinstate my loan after foreclosure had started. Am I legally entitled to a specific breakdown of charges and fees? I want to know what was charged for property inspections and when they were done, the final amount of attorney fees, abstract claim, title search, publishing costs, etc. I want to know all of it and my written request to my mortgage company on Jan 27 has gone unanswered. Thanks
