What is the name of your state? Michigan

My son has been released from jail on a DUI. He is eligible to have his license reinstated in April. However, he wants to move to Florida to live. Can he get his license reinstated in Florida.

To expedite matters have him get a clearance letter from MI before leaving. FL DMV has been known to be less than helpful.
