i live in ohio.i need to know if i need my ex's permission to move .here is what it says " the residence of he minor children will not be moved outside of muskingum county,ohio or any contiguous county without the consent of each of the parents. now i didnt live in muskingum county,ohio nor in any contiguous county when my divorce was final. what do i need to do to be able to move one county north (about 10 more minutes away).

Regardless of where you live today, it is clear in the order that you should not be moving without your ex's permission. Therefore you need to ask him, or petition the courts to move.
