i remarried 8 mos. ago .I foresee my ex taking me back to a support modifcation hearing based on the additional income in my life. In the state of Maryland, can or will this change my child support payments. my lifestyle has not changed dramatically. I'm still not a millionaire Queen! I provide for my children when they are with me without the funds turned over to him. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks. Scooby127

Only in rare and extenuating circumstances would your new spouse's income be considered in modifying your child support. As long as your and your ex's incomes haven't changed appreciably, the child support should remain unchanged as well.
