What can be done to have trustee removed and 2nd trustee take over? Ex died - left 19 year old frm prev marr. as trustee. All is to be shared with 7 year old sister. I am guardian. Not comfortable with 19 year old making decisions. HELP!!

If the document validly designates the 19 year old as trustee and he is not willing to resign as trustee, then the only possibility is to petition the court to have him replaced. The Illinois trust act requires that a trustee be only 18 years old. You would need to show some degree of cause though, but a 19 year old probably has one strike against him because that is very young for a trustee.
