Okay but day of the sale and if there is no buyer, then what happens?would the local sheriff or someone from the bank would come by and put a pad lock on the door?I have heard of this happening.

**A: that is not going to happen. Is she current on the rent?

Yes and she just sign a new 12 month lease in January. So when the day of the auction comes which is this Friday, will there be someone coming by to check on the property? What happens if the house doesn't get sold?

**A: maybe but probably not.

**A: it depends. I suggest she keep constant communication with the court or foreclosure attorney.

If she no longer lives there, she will not be able to ask to recieve Cash for Keys. And not every lender offers that sort of Cash for Keys sum.
