first of all i missed typing a word in my last question. we will soon be getting married. i am 21 yrs. old. i was 15 when i had my son. the father was not even around during my pregnancy. he threatened that if the child is his to give him his name or he would hurt me or my son. i got a restraining order in case he ever tried to come around. yes i do think living with my boyfriend would be better. my son loves him, amd he loves my son. i want to stay with my mother because she always says that if i leave her she will make my life a living hell, by trying to take my son away from me. i work 2 jobs(1 at home the other at a buisness). i am the only one financially supporting my son at this time. my boyfriend,or excuse me, fiancee is also helping a great deal. i call him my boyfriend because we are not yet married. i don't really use the term fiancee. basically i want to know if it is o.k to move with my son. my mother is always saying that i can't. regardless of if his father has no parental rights. i just want whats best for my son. my mother is very controlling, and wants my son to live with her. i don't. she lets him do whatever he wants, whenever he wants. we always argue because i tell her he is my son and i want him raised properly. please forgive me for the misunderstanding. can i move or not? what should i do?
