1) I haven't moved out yet ! I was asking in preparation/prevention of what I expect to happen !

2) you were so eager to spit out your smart__ comment, you didn't bother to answer the question !

I didn't ask if I could have them cleaned myself and then sue them for the amount - I asked if this would fall under 'normal wear and tear', thus preventing the whole situation before hand )which is what I am trying to do!).

Next time, take a little time to read the question before being so eager to be a smart___, or don't bother at all ! If you had a little brains and read the question, you would see all that plus the fact I said the apartment had been cleaned by us before.

Yes, I definitely am! And at this next moment I am going to try to send an email to the forum administrator and request him to be blocked from this forum.

I dont know if they do this but I will see.

I would ask that you do the same (and ask anyone else whom u may reply to, to do the same. If enough people complain, maybe we can get this sorry individual blocked from here.)

Zappy,

you have nothing to offer anyone. you tell me that my problems come from me having too many kids ( i have 4 ) thats none of your business. and yes I am married and I do take good care of my kids, you may post your 2 cents, but you always seem to add something negitive about ones situations and thats just not right and thats not why people come here. they come here for the others reasons, of which many of you have given good advice , no one needs your input zappy. so are you a slumlord????? thats what we all think, so answer it.

Nope not a slumlord, just a tenant like you, but then again i own no guns, and seem to be more responsible in the breeding area as well.

You wanted advice, well you got it, and just because you are offended, dont you think we are offended at you too.

>>Hubby shooting a gun with kids around..

You know sometimes its NOT the fault of the landlord you are in this pile of doo doo.

You know, this Zappy fellow is really quite comical. I'm sure we've all met someone like this in our lives. He probably took a business law class in Junior college and now thinks he's Johnny Cochoran. He's really needs to be pitied.
:D

Am I the only one who reads agreements before I agree to them? There has been a lot of rude and mean comments towards others on this board and many members should have been ban a long time ago. Seems the moderators aren't doing their job.

Everyone needs to go back and read the Terms of Service agreement. This is the first paragraph, and the second sentence is what I'm referring to:

"You agree that you will NOT use the FreeAdvice Forum to post any advertisement, chain letter, solicitation or other commercial message. You agree that you will NOT post any knowingly false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, or threatening message. You agree you will NOT post material that is illegally invasive of another person's privacy. You agree NOT to post any other person's copyrighted material."

KSMIAS...

The Bill Clinton answer: "It depends on what the definition of: false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, or threatening is." ;)

...and what if someone found your "user log-in name" profane?
