What is the name of your state? Washington State

So, I was just putting the final touches on my bankruptcy and the car loan folks came and took the truck. Do I keep it listed in my Schedule B as personal property even though it is no longer in my possession?

I planned to file my bankruptcy tomorrow and if anyone has any suggestions, I would love to hear them before noon tomorrow.

Many many thanks in advance.

Yes, list that truck. They (the bank) will probably sell it & it more than likely won't cover what you owe on it & you would still be liable if you don't list it.
List anyone/ everyone you owe money to.
Good Luck
