do you know the reason he is requesting a change in support? has his financial situation drastically changed recently?

I guess I'm really not clear on what you're trying to accomplish. A visitation modification? Support modification?

stealth, the way I read it, her ex is trying for the support modification, I imagine she would like it not to be modified, (at least not negatively)

Opened Child Support Case

My ex has NO idea how much $$$ I make, he is estimating it much higher than it actually is (been at same job 5 years) so he opened a review through CSS services to get his support lower. Won't he be suprised!
My husband and I have little disposable imcome also.
how did he find out about CSS? I opened a case against him and am currently having his wages garnished for back CS.
He figures, why not? It is free to open a case through Child Support Services!

His financial situation

Was unemployed for 8 months in 2004, now has a new job with normal income. Thinks he might be able to get reduced because he was unemployed for 8 months in 2004 (new job Jan 2005)

if you do make significantly more than he does, the cs may be adjusted, they have so many ways of figuring out who owes what, but that may not affect him too much because they may lower his current obligation and raise the portion he pays on arrears, thereby on your end nothing would change. you have a lawyer and he does not, you're already a leg up. ;)
