Are you saying you own the mobile home?

Do you have a title to the mobile home in your name?

I am unclear about what you are asking.

Attempted translation...

OK, here is what I think I am seeing so far in what av12242 has posted.

av12242 currently owns the mobile home.
Would like to either rent out or sell the mobile home, however is being told by the people who own the lot that the mobile home is sitting on that he/she cannot rent/sell the mobile home to anyone but them unless he/she moves the mobile home off the lot.

Is that correct so far av12242?

Also, is english your first language? Because it is very difficult to understand the point you are trying to make.

wow

WhiteMidnight if you can translate this stuff... you can stay a bit.
av12242 are you having a hard time trying to talk to the people about selling
your trailer too?

You can see we can hardly understand you... maybe you can hardly be understood... or understand them.

It might be good to talk to a real estate lawyer... just don't let them screw you around.

(sorry Guru... I know you are honest)

**A: let's back up a bit. If you do NOT have title to the home, then you can't legally sell it or lease it as you are not the legal titleholder.

The courts awarded the park owner the mobile home
then they sold it to the party
that sold it to me,
what a mess when i aquire it i didn,t know all this i belive i just had to see the park owners at the time.
