Restriction on sale of mobile home on renter lot no lease

The courts awarded the park owner the mobile home
then they sold it to the party
that sold it to me,
what a mess when i aquire it i didn,t know all this i belive i just had to see the park owners at the time.

it should of been done thru Judgement lien I would of through.
