 Tennessee. My land deed grants "right of way" across a small left corner of neighbor's land for our driveway. Neighbor's deed grants "right of way" down the right edge of our land from the street to a shared (by many) boatramp. Neighbor's deed also grants "reasonable access" on a dirt road/path across the entire width of our land from the boatramp road leading leftward to their land. I believe "reasonable access" permits occasional use, like access for septic and dock repair, but the neighbors think it's their second driveway for daily use. The word "easement" is never used in the deeds. Am I correct to assume that "right of way" is different from "reasonable access," and how should it be defined? --Thanks.
