I just found out my rights to my son was signed over to my mother in law and father in law five years ago without my consent me and my wife have never been legally seperated or divorced my son has lived with us the whole time they did this in fear of something happening to me and my wife me and my wife just got into a little trouble and while i was in jail my mother in law signed rights of my son over to his pasture so he could stay in the same school he had been going to thats what got me wondering how that was done without my consent or signing the papers too thats when it came out they did this five years ago i have found out the name of the lawyers office that did this without my consent i would like to know what i can do about that right being taken away from me without me knowing about it its my understanding that both parents are to be present in person in front of the lawyer before this could be done the notery was suposed to witness both parents sign these papers that is not the case here i was not present nor did i sign any papers giving rights of my son up.
