Hello, my name is Jacob, I am in an Industrial Band... and my job, along with Programming, is finding samples to put in our songs. I know that if the samples aren't 'right-free,' I'll have to show where I received them. Is there a specific format I have to do this in?
Is this sufficient to legally protect me?
Source of Samples: [Ambrosia] Duckman, Back to the Future 2, Fear-n-Loathing In Las Vegas. [Trench Surgeon] American Werewolf in London, Soundamerica.com/sounds/themes/commercials [Arbitration] Holocaust **** Officer, CNN News. [Paradise of Pain] Horror of Amityville Theatrical Trailer, The Omen. [Minus] Distorted guitar riffs from original song.
