What is the name of your state?mo to make this quik grandma had guardianship got children removed. place with me i filed for custody been going to court but grandma wont comply with dfs got call today from caseworker telling me that the deputy juvenile officer said no need to go back to court they will fill out papers an get sign sole custody to me [mom just got out of prison] can they do this without going to court sounds to good to be true ??
