My neighbor is selling his property, I live in the country, and have 2 acres, I believe his fence is on my property in certain areas, is he required to have his land surveyed before it can be legally sold ? If not, and he sells his property, will I lose the property his fence is on if I dont take any action ?

Its something that you definitely should address BEFORE the property is sold. You will want to get a survey to prove whether or not the fence is on your land.
