What is the name of your state? PA

This is kind of a petty question but I want some advice on this so I don't get in over my head.

In June of '02 my long time girlfriend and myself signed a lease (one year then going monthly) on a house and she asked if her parents could move in until they found a place of their own. Well they are still here and after an arguement about her parents being there I told her to "To find a place and get out". She is denying she ever said that her parents were only going to be here until they found a place and that "I was told it was going to be all four of us sharing the house", I never was told this. So actually I'm more POed over this then anything, the relationship is over and I'm still living here.
I would rather have the property vacated by all who live here now but don't know what to do. I know I can terminate the lease and let the landlord decide if he wants to start a new one with them.
But like I said I'm more POed about being lied to then anything.
Any suggestions or advice is welcome. Thanks John

Sorry, but this is not the "PO'ed Forum".

Simply, if you want to terminate your lease, give the landlord the 30 day written notice and move.
If you don't want to terminate, then you will have to accept the current conditions.
You have NO legal basis to force the other tenant to leave.
