What is the name of your state? Washington
My rommate moved out for personality conflict reasons before the lease is up. She agreed that she would pay her half of the rent until lease is up. She wants ot use her room as her storage unit of her things. Can I legally ask her to take her things even though she is still paying rent for the next two months?

I seriously doubt that. If I were you I would be happy that you don't have to go through the hassle of forcing her to pay and enjoy having the place to yourself.
