Seven months ago I moved out from an abusive controlling marriage and took the children with me. (ages 14 & 19). My husband is now more angry and vindictive than ever. The children do not want to visit with him or have contact with him. He does not try to contact the older child and on occasion has contact with the younger one. He lawyer had me give a deposition and he has been delaying giving his deposition. He now has requested, and been granted, a GAL. I will soon be out of money and am concerned how I will pay my monthly bills and lawyer fees. How can I stop him? He makes at least 3 times as much money as I do.
