Schedule F and Creditor Matrix questions...

1. Do I need the full account numbers for all my accounts? Or, can I use the truncated account numbers from my credit report?

2. Can I list only the original creditor, or should I list the collection account holder, or both?

Without the credit report from http://www.annualcreditreport.com I would not have any way of knowing about the collections... my address has changed!

Its better if you have them. Call the credit bureau and ASK them for the full numbers.

List them both ! List the orignal with the highest amount, list the CA underneath the creditor debt its collecting and put ditto marks for the amount.
