**A: you are not helping us to help you. Do you see my last question to you about legal opinion? Did you answer that question? No you did not. So stop your crying and pouting and find another sandbox to lay in. Think about it and use your common sense. Do you know why no one else is responding?
What is your problem buddy? It is totally irrelevant what a legal opinion is. Those were not my words anyways. I said legal ADVICE. Can you not read? I wanted advice from someone on what to do about the seller breaching the real estate contract and you've done and said EVERYTHING BUT answer my questions. You can't honestly tell me that people PAY YOU to help them out? I've read some of your posts and all you do is tell people that they're liars and tell them to talk to "so and so" depending on their situation. Or you tell them to hire an attorney. I'm sorry, but you need to look around, because many people on here are disappointed by your answers.
