I am trying to help MYSELF by getting on here to seek the advice of someone with more than 1/2 a BRAIN, but obviously you're the only one responding to my question and this is a dead issue, so just drop it and stop wasting my time and yours.

What is your problem buddy? It is totally irrelevant what a legal opinion is. Those were not my words anyways. I said legal ADVICE. Can you not read? I wanted advice from someone on what to do about the seller breaching the real estate contract and you've done and said EVERYTHING BUT answer my questions. You can't honestly tell me that people PAY YOU to help them out? I've read some of your posts and all you do is tell people that they're liars and tell them to talk to "so and so" depending on their situation. Or you tell them to hire an attorney. I'm sorry, but you need to look around, because many people on here are disappointed by your answers. Just stop being adversarial, and either answer my questions with a REAL answer, or just stop posting.
