3 years ago I bought my home at the beach. The seller responded (in a signed form) that the roof was 5 years old per the HOA president (at that time). The roof at that time was actually 15 years old and now needs to be replaced. It’s likely a 4-5k charge.

What are my chances if I seek for the sellers to pay for the roof replacement due to the misrepresentation?
