i bought a house in april of 2003, on the seller disclosure they asked about flooding grading problems, the owner answered yes but was also asked to explain, she stated there was light flooding in the NW corner of the yard my property "after extremely heavy rain" my property is 2 1/2 acres so thats a small portion of yard. 1 month later it rained pertty heavy about 1.50 inches and I had literally 3 ft of water in my yard later 2 months later i had a small stream in my yard. I also have video tape. Also i got a clearance letter from the termite inpectors and They just did not do their job I contacted the state who made them come back out to put joist under the house and let's just say it is still not right i keep contacting the state but they never call back like they say. I got and engineer out and he estimates it will cost me 20k plus to fix this, and about 3000 for the problem under my house from another termite company, what are my legal options. This is just a brief statement I won't get into my septic tank. If the house was sold as is will that be a problem also or is it seperate from the seller disclosure Please Help !
