what is involved in owner financeing for buyer
Pretty simple. Buyer (new owner) makes mortgage payments to seller (mortgagor).
Was there maybe something a little more specific you were looking for??? :D

My response:

Go back to school and learn to spell, and to write a proper sentence.

Geez, are ALL you Hillbillies alike?

Depends, do you have lousy credit, then large down payment and high interest rate (possible double digit).

Are you talking rent to own, land contract or contract for deed or true owner finance?

If the seller has a mortgage on the property then you are NOT talking owner finance more than likely.

Please do not be a fool before you understand exactly what is being offered to you. If it is truly owner finance do NOT skip an inspection or appraisal and get an Atty to look over the paperwork and explain it to you BEFORE you make a very costly mistake.

Clarify for us that you ARE talking about owner finance and tehne we can answer more accurately.

My response:

Do you really think that this grammar school dropout even understands what you're saying, let alone be able to answer your questions?

You're wasting your time.

The lawyers/students on this site seem to think they are god's gift to humanity. They have no decency or respect for others. I would be ashamed and emabarassed if I were them with some of the remarks I have read on this site. It's lawyers like the ones that post here that give all of you bad names. You've earned it!!!!

This person has asked a question and he is mocked for where he lives. Assuming he is buying a trailer, dropout and hillbilly. And Jetx. a typical sarcastic response from you.

I joined this forum to have a question answered myself. I am not an attorney and don't want to be one. I have integrity and a higher respect for humanity than what I have seen on this site.

If you have no desire to help someone, don't respond. You will be judged one day and you will not like what you see.

I see you are new here. From what I can tell, you'll fit in just fine. Your attitude is typical of this site. I feel sorry for the owners who developed this to help others only to have it ruined by obnoxious arrogant people such as yourself.

My response:

I'm not "new here." I've been regularly writing to FreeAdvice for more than 6 years; however, Mary would more than probably agree with your assessment.

In the meantime, why don't you answer the writer - - that is, if you can make heads or tails out of that gibberish!
