What is the name of your state? New Jersey
We have closed on our purchase. However, the seller asked for 2 additional weeks after the close date to remain the in the property. we initially agreed to that. now the seller wants an additional 2 more weeks. can we refuse and if so, do we have the right to force them to move out?
