What constitutional right does a state have to not recognize a valid form of identification issued by another state? Read the full faith and credit clause and post back with results.
Apparently the Garden has lowered their out of state ID age policy, it used to be 30 and now its 25. Still wrong, but not quite as egregious.

No, we're not. Read the link. Its based on Mass law. The statute itself only allows for reliance on Mass IDs, US passports, and military IDs. Given that Mass is a state bordered by five other states, has an extremely large college population (mostly from....out of Massachusetts), is a tourist destination city, and of course nobody from another state would ever travel to Mass to see their team play in Boston or Foxboro...

Please post a more precise link to the law you are referring to. From what I've read, yes, the statute allows for reliance on the items you stated, but not only those items.

Anything not spelled out in the statute cannot be relied upon for protection to the vendor.

Actually since the MA ABCC rules on alcohol sales violations, its THEIR conclusion as well. You can disagree with their conclusion, as do I, but that's how they enforce it.That is your conclusion, with which I disagree

I think you have misinterpreted this. You have not pointed out anything that says out of state licenses CAN'T be accepted as identification. Your conclusion is that the list given excludes other forms of acceptable identification.
However, as others have pointed out, this is really moot since it doesn't have anything to do with the OP's question. I apologize for my part in the hijack/derailment of the thread.
Read it again and tell me why you're wrong. I'll give you a hint: It's about protection to the vendor for a fake ID slipping through.
