I'm going to sell my timeshare and need to know the easiest way to get this accomplished. The sale will be from an auction. Thank you.

I wanted to know if issueing a quick claim deed is all I have to do when selling my timeshare or is there another document I should use. Thanks.

I do have a deed to the timeshare. Do you know if I can just sign over the deed to the buyer? Thanks for your help.

And what does it say at the top of the deed? Deed, General Waranty Deed, Timeshare Deed, Good Deed of the Day, Great Deed of Man etc.?

There is no such thing as a Quick Claim Deed. Although once I saw a cartoon where Quicksdraw Magraw quick claimed 10 acres of desert quicksand to Baba Louie. It was a quick closing.
