What is the name of your state? PA

I believe my friend was swindled and I want to know if there is anything we can do to help her get her house back.
She gave her neighbor 50% of her home because she had cancer and thought she was going to die. She has no living relatives. That was 10 years ago. Needles to say she beat the cancer and the neighbors turned nasty to her. She wanted to go to court to get her house back and they said they could not afford it and would let their previous lawyers handle the situation. She walked out of that meeting with the neighbors owning 75% of her home and her 25%. That was 2 years ago. They since have moved out of the area and are waiting for her to die. She is not mentally ill but has always had a hard time understanding big words and difficult situations. She is very easily persuaded. Any chance of her getting her home back? She is 75 and it is all she thinks about.

At the time she signed off on these transactions, was she under the influence of medication that may have affected her judgment?

She should have had her own legal representation with the real estate transactions. Yes, she can get her house back but you need a civil law attorney or a real estate attorney to do the work.
