What is the name of your state? TX

My boyfriend and I have been living together for the past 4 years. 3 years ago we purchased a home in his name only. Now after all these years he has a new girlfriend and has become very abusive, physically and emotionally. The question is since he is legally still married to his first wife. What are my rights as far as the house and property. He is threatening to have me evicted. We have joint banking accounts, credit cards, and loans.

Honey, you are in a real mess. You need to get yourself an attorney ASAP.
I the meantime, close the bank accounts and cancel the credit cards.

Move out, get an attorney, cancel the credit cards, close the bank account, and most of all, you can't count chickens before they're hatched and you can't date a married man for the same reason: you never know what's going to happen.
