What is the name of your state? I live in NC but was divorced in NJ. I have tried in the past to get the Family court moved here to NC and haven't been successful but wish to try again since we've only heard from the kids mom 2 in three years.
Could I get the Family case moved here and leave the Child Support case in NJ. They are now in two different counties in NJ as it is?

Where does Mom reside ?

What are your Court Orders concerning Support and visitations ?

Are you being denied specific visitation Orders ?

If so, what have you done in 3 years to demand your rights , and when ?

Although usually CS and visitations are separate issues , one could effect the other .

We don't know haven't heard from her but twice in three years.

Mom is to pay 65.00 per week owes $15,000.00+ Mom is to see the kids at Easter and 5 weeks in the summer hasn't never done so in 5 years+

I have custody

I have been denied moving the case to NC because the mother may still live in NJ as per the Judge. about 2.5 years ago.

Before I try again I wanted to know if the CS could be left in NJ. They may have a better chance of catching up with her in NJ?
