Well, ya'll know my story...so I won't go into it again. I'll just give you an update:
"radad" had "disappeared" again for 3 weeks (about a month or so ago). During this time, no call for Alden, no visit for Alden, no money for Alden. He was on a 3 week drug binge. I've told him on SERVAL occassions that I WILL take Alden from him if he didn't get off the drugs and he didn't believe me.
Well, after he ran out of money, he decided to call. Called 26 times in 1.5 days!!! 26!!! The calls started coming at around 6am. He even called my friends cell phone!
Anyway, I had finally had enough and called him back. He wanted to all of a sudden see Alden cuz he was leaving for AZ to "get help"
I told him NO. I wasn't mean or nasty. He said he "NEEDED" to see Alden, and I stated, "you didn't need to see him during your drug binge. I said no. You've lost that right". Well the next thing I know is he SCREAMS in the most horrible voice I've ever heard "I'LL YOU YOU F'ING B#TCH!! I'LL SLIT YOUR THROAT!!" and he hung up. 5 minutes later, another call and in that same voice "don't make me hate you". Well I called the police and they came. While they were here he called and the cop told him not to contact me AT ALL.
Ok, now, with that said here's my delima: (I also posted this on the internet bb)
He will not leave me alone via my email.
Well, the calls stopped then my Yahoo email and IM got loaded with his email's and IM's. Some with underlying (passive/agressive) threats in them (such as "don't make me be mean to you" "you don't want to do this" "don't make me hate you" stuff like that)
I had asked him MANY MANY times to leave me alone, to NOT contact me and I saved all of the emails that he had sent in case I needed them.
Well I just found out yesterday that he hacked into my Yahoo account. He's changed my password and altered my password info so that I can't get in to change it back. He's also altered my online profile.
I just know he's deleted all of those emails that I was saving and I'm afraid he's now harrassing my family and friends. Also, I had phone numbers and addresses in my address book that he now has.
Is there ANYTHING I can do legally??? Please help. If you need more info just let me know.
this man knows no boundries and will stop at nothing to make my life hell.
So, do you guys have any advice or know of anything???
