Located in Pennsylvania Was in an accident in Jan 2005. Rearended by pick up truck, and the driver admitted to 100 fault.
I was released form PT on the 25th of May had a total of 50 treatments from Jan 20th through May 25th. Been to treatment with pain management and had a couple test injections into lower back to determine if "Radiofrequency Neuroablation in lower back would work. Did this procedure because of bulging disc. I had the procedure completed and besides from being sore it seems to be less painful in the area affected. My Mid back all they did was PT, but I did injury it in 1992. I had a T-7,8,9 compression fx. So it has been tempermental for the last 5 months and all i can do is self therapy at home at this point. My neck, well beside from the more frequent headaches seems ok. My medical bills equal $15,000. Vehicle damage $4,000, rental $300 lost wages...well that becomes difficult because I am in sales and it is commision. My w-2 would show I am still close to making what i did last year. I have been to a total of 63 different appointments over 100 hours of missed time on the sales floor. I am guessing 1-1.5 sales missed per week. Average commision $500. Does this seem fair? If the frequency ends up not working they could potentially have to cut, but at this point I am stable with some residual affects. What kind of methodology if any should I use to come up with a number on this claim. My med bills were paid by my own car insurance and the damages on the car were all taken care of. Any and all suggestions appreciated
